Description: Brayford Medical Practice is a well-established and highly regarded practice based in the heart of the Lincoln city centre. We are looking to strengthen our team further with the appointment of either a Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Paramedic Practitioner as we look to enhance the services we are able to offer to our 8500 patients.
This is an exciting role where positivity and initiative to service development will be as important as the professional experience and range of clinical skills that you can offer the Practice. We are a member of the Marina PCN who are forward thinking and proactive in patient care and local services.

Duties will include:- To assess, diagnose, treat, refer or signpost patients who attend the surgery with undifferentiated or undiagnosed conditions. To undertake home visits, primarily for acute conditions, as assessed by the Duty Doctor, and within the boundaries of professional qualifications. To use your advanced clinical skills to provide education to patients, promoting self-care and empowering them to make informed choices about their treatment. To provide appropriate cover, in association with other clinicians, between 0800-2000 daily, and in due course over weekends.
We all work as one team and appreciate the skills each of us bring to the Practice. We are aware of other people limits and ensure work is fairly distributed. Annual face to face mandatory training is provided along with plenty of opportunities for upskilling.
